The towel itself is terrible quality. It's translucent. I dont know where you would even buy a towel this thin.
I asked for a refund since I received 4 damaged towels, nor are they what the listing described.
I asked if they were from the dollar store and compared to a regular sized towel for reference but have not received a response since nor a refund. $45 + $45 at $90 total for 4 dollar store towels.
I just got my 2nd order today — one has bald spots all over and the other has beige stains. They are extremely thin/cheap and 1st set already completely snagged after a month of minimal use (which I noticed after placing 2nd order). SO disappointing because I am on Oahu and monogramming is hard to come by here. These damaged hand towels are half the quality and size compared to our organic thick $7 target hand towels

I would love to send these deteriorated towels back and receive a refund at this point. Or just receive my money back since the cost with this shop was more than locally.
